To begin using RadSlice you will need to finish a quick registration which involves filling the form (on this page), verification of your email, and then selecting to register as a doctor or as a hospital (in the next page).

By registering on this website, you agree with the Terms and Conditions. Following is a human-readable version of all that legalese:

Disclaimer: This website has been designed for professional use intended to be used solely by radiologists and hospitals / diagnostic centres. However, the RadSlice copyright holders and contributors, and all affiliated organizations shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of RadSlice by any party for any purpose. By registering for this service you agree to bear any risks that may arise due to human error. You also agree to use the service fairly and maintain decency in the discussion forums of RadSlice. The RadSlice team reserves the right to cancel or block the registration of any person any time.

Intellectual Property: This website has been built using web2py for the backend and several HTML5 technologies for the frontend, including KineticJS, webgl, jqgrid, etc. The programs built on top of these libraries to create this website are owned and copyrighted by the RadSlice team.

Content Ownership and Privacy: The radiology studies uploaded by users do not belong to RadSlice. They are only visible to the hospitals who upload those studies, to the doctors to whom they assign those studies, and to any other doctors who are invited to discuss those studies. However, for the benefit of the community and humanity as a whole, studies that are marked by the doctors as case-of-the-month will be published on the website (after anonymizing patient information) and the community can discuss those cases. Also, those studies that are marked by the doctors as interesting will be searchable by registered users. For the remaining studies, RadSlice does not intend to retain them beyond the billing period, if they exceed the disk quota on our servers. It is upto the hospitals to keep a backup of the studies if necessary, beyond this period.

Uncertified: Our software is not yet certified by any agency for its fitness for medical use. We are still new and busy perfecting the technology behind RadSlice. Until then, the radiological readings obtained using RadSlice are not valid in a court of law. RadSlice should be considered as beta release software suitable for general and personal use and for testing.

If you agree with our terms, guidelines and philosophy, kindly continue by filling the following registration form, and welcome to a productive future!
